Buildrite Projects is all about providing not only a quality product, but a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the entire scope of works. At Buildrite, we understand there is merit within the design scope, orientation and location. We work hard to forward think, recommending components to the build such as extended eaves, UPVC windows and window locations. We also advocate imported products such as SIPS ( Structurally Insulated Panels) and CLT ( Cross Laminated Timber ) which are a growing trend in the building market and are an effective method of ensuring your home is energy efficient and quiet. These are first and foremost sustainable products, an important addition to the modern, contemporary market.

We have extensive experience in town planning within the Nillumbik and Murrindindi Shires, with environmental building aspects at their most prevalent. During the town planning we can assist in alterations to design floors, adjusting aspects regarding building envelopes and much more. This stage can be difficult and we are here to aid in bringing to your attention certain hold points in the stage and tackling issues before they arise, which in some cases can mean months of lost time in correspondence,.

What Buildrite aims to achieve is tailoring a platform for yourself ( the client ) that accommodates for most budgets, and is happy to work to one. We want to work towards making your home thermally efficient, ergonomic and ascetically pleasing, covering a range of price points and types of builds. We have excellent resources within the design process and are accustom to using sustainable and eco friendly products, while up-keeping a modern theme, giving you confidence in your end result. We also acknowledge the idea that during the build there are revelations and additions that may want to be made and this is an aspects that Buildrite prides themselves on - communication. We will endeavour constantly during the build to maintain an open mind and healthy line of communication to give you the ability to make a house a home.
